It’s been a crazy week with two 8th graders reaching a milestone at Trinity Catholic School but I wanted to give a BIG thanks to St. John Paul II for trusting Thunder Pig BBQ to cater their Senior bbq. These Seniors were my first Fifth grade class as a teacher and we were honored to be a part of this special occasion!

We had a great time at Butts & Clucks in Apalachicola this weekend! The wind and cold was a challenge but we learned a lot and had a good time!

We had a great weekend at the Panama in Fall BBQ Brawl. We got to use our new Thunder Pig BBQ tent. We got to hang out with Big Jim’s Smokin’ Butts BBQ and we even placed in a couple of categories. We earned 5th place in pork and 10th place in ribs. This is a great event and an amazing venue for a bbq competition!
