New shipment of Geometry towels!

Spring is here! And so is a new shipment of Geometry kitchen tea towels!

On Mondays, the store is closed because on Mondays we focus on the farm. Today we finished cleaning out the high tunnel and gave some attention to the 2024 flowers. We have a few more chores to complete before winter.

After a few hiccups we finally have a phone number! YAY!!!

A busy visitor at the farm!

Today is the last market of the Monticello Farmers Market 2016 season. Tomatoes, lettuce and a few flowers will be available. 3pm to 5:30pm.

Melting holes in our new landscape fabric, 1875 holes to be exact. This fabric is suppose to hold up for 15 years. The idea of melting the holes instead of cutting them is to minimize fraying. Where by increasing the life of the fabric. It will be laid like carpeting in the high-tunnel. Some benefits of this fabric are excellent weed control, making for healthier plants, less labor (pulling weeds) less moisture needed, and in the spring and winter it helps increase soil temperature.
