We are so graciously thankful for all of the donations everyone provided towards Hurricane Helene relief! Miss Lora’s wants to thank Jimmy and Kathy Dove for spearheading the effort, and also volunteers Chuck Hennage and Joe Johnson for driving to North Carolina yesterday, and delivering all of your donations!

The theme of this years Montross Fall Festival was “Our Town - Where History Starts”

Miss Lora’s decided to highlight the memories and accomplishments of former students and athletes of Washington and Lee High School. For many in Montross, your high school days were spent inside the walls of W&L. Lifelong friendships started there, and for some, lifelong relationships. We thank the Town of Montross today for reminding us all how incredibly important it is to remember our history.
