You don’t 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 until you know.

And then when you know, you don’t 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒 it at first because the evidence doesn’t show what you 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤.

So you have to 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕 and just be happy and free.

But you can’t because you just can’t see.

And so you live in panic, or stress.

You look at where everyone else is and you compare.

You beat yourself up because your not further ahead.

You self loathe, self sabotage, and self destruct instead of enjoying the beautiful 𝑛𝑜𝑤, because you can’t see the beauty here because it seems like it’s not enough…

It’s all about the journey…

And it all starts when I 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 in the knowing and I can see the evidence around me.

There was a time that I thought I would never find love

I was so desperate for it.

I was so scared of it, that I always had one foot out the door and would sabotage it

What changed is I started to 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒 in the evidence around me. When I saw people in love, instead of being jealous of it, I started being grateful for my love and being loved.

By the time I met Ben I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 I was 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑡ℎ𝑦 of true love and I wasn’t going to settle for anything else!

When Ben and I met our circumstance were far from ideal. He should’ve left me behind too
(Old patterns) but something was different…

I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 him when he told me he loved me after a few short weeks.

I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 him when he told me together forever.

I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 him when he said time will tell

And 11 years later we are blissfully in love!

You see, we make decisions in our life based on the evidence around us and what we know to be true based on how we were raised. And even when we see it for others, we don’t 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒 it to be true for us.

Because they are more beautiful, more social, more known, thinner, funnier etc…

❌The evidence showed me that I wasn’t loveable

❌The evidence showed me that I wasn’t good enough to be the only one

❌The evidence showed me that I needed to be the dominant one, the financial earner and to be the masculine. (Ex-conditioned liberal feminist)

But the evidence was all wrong!

My life up until then was based on the trauma of my past and the brain wash of our system.

I’ve spent years of my life re-writing my story. Reprogramming my 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑓𝑠. Building my strength, falling in love with myself and allowing myself to receive!

I started to 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 in me and the evidence 𝑎𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑑 me!

If I saw true love, I 𝑘𝑛𝑒𝑤 it was mine too.

If I saw a woman treated like a queen, I 𝑘𝑛𝑒𝑤 my day would come.

If I saw luxury, travel, any 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 those things could be mine!

And now I am living breathing proof of the evidence that once surrounded me all by living my truth and you can too! I’m breaking it down for you in my masterclass on 6/14 called 𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆. This one you don’t want to miss!

The other day I went for a facial and it was the first time I didn’t get yelled at 😬.

You see up until 2 months ago I didn’t even wash my face 🙈🙈🙈.

I know it’s embarrassing to say out loud.

I mean I would splash water on my face, but there was no face wash, no soap, no toners, no serums… just a moisturizer and wallah!

Lucky for me, all these years I’ve focused on gut health and because of that have reversed aged.

But my skin was dry, dull and sun damaged.

A few months ago I was introduced to 𝑃𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝐻𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑛. A huge delivery of home products that included a five piece face kit showed up to my house in a beautiful box with directions and it changed not only my skin but my life!

Yesterday morning my phone rang…

𝐻𝑒’𝑠 𝑙𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡𝑜 𝑚𝑒 I thought. Then I laugh bc those are my same words to ℎ𝑖𝑚.

The last few weeks have been pretty crazy around our house. I can’t tell you the last time we had a solo date night… we didn’t even have anniversary dinner! (It’s a good thing we celebrate everyday Benjamin lover 😉)

There’s always something to do or somewhere to be…

There’s always people, children around, and while I wouldn’t have it any other way I desire my own one to one time with my bestie.

So this week I started to 𝑎𝑠𝑘 for what I needed.

I 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑𝑒𝑑 to be wined, dined and 😉

I communicated my feelings.

I was grateful for connection and then the call…

Me: oh yeah? Well if Ben Lover is calling I am all in. Let me move things around.

11 years together and I love him more everyday, but if we don’t connect like this then love days turn into bicker and argue days and no one has time for that!

So go ahead and ask your partner to take you on a date! And if you are solo, take yourself out sister! Act as though your already in love starts with loving you ❤️.

The word FREEDOM has been thrown around the last 2 years like nothing for some.

It’s because most people have no idea what 𝑓𝑟𝑒𝑒𝑑𝑜𝑚 really means.

We are slaves to our jobs 9-5.

We are slaves to the fear of judgement we might receive.

We are slaves to the ideology of go to school, go to work, get married, have kids, repeat…

We lose ourselves along the way of growing up because we aren’t given the time and space to expand our love for life.

We get squeezed into a box at school, where we all have to write the same, read the same and no one gets left behind.

We are not allowed to shine too bright for someone else might feel bad…

We spend our days and nights trying to make sure that our friends, neighbors, teachers 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 us that we forget who we are and we don’t even like ourselves.

It’s a hamster wheel cycle that keeps you trapped.

Freedom is truly being free!

Free from others opinions.

Free from overthinking.

Free from wondering what others think of what you’re doing, wearing or anything really.

You 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 so incredibly comfortable in your skin, body and mind that your soul gets to be free!

Knowledge is power 💥

Ignorance can can cause serious injury to your body.

As an acupuncturist I spent the last 10 years teaching my patients about gut health.

Most of the problems I would see would always stem back to the gut.

In the last 2 months I’ve learned that the outer skin has a similar microbiome as the gut.

Happy Monday Friends!!

As you are getting up and ready to slay your Monday away, I want to remind you, if you’re not happy, filled with joy and over the moon to go to 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘, you can decide to make a change!

What if 2.5 minutes a day could change your life???

A little over a month ago 2.5 minutes a day changed my entire world!

Happy Friday friends! Will you help me celebrate?? I hit another milestone in my direct selling business!

Presidents club is something that can be achieved over an entire quarter. (I did it last month in 2 weeks)

Last night we realized I already earned it for this quarter!!

While I am over the moon excited for this, I will share with you a little vulnerability.

It’s fun to win! It’s even funner to 𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑛.

I feel happy and accomplished and proud and then on the flip side I feel separated, anxious and “too much”.

I realize when I’m always winning that it’s triggering for some. It creates a separation. Makes others feel less then…

While that is not my intention, that’s just reality. And it make me feel like I have to dim my light.

It makes me feel like I have to play smaller, but I just can’t… not when I can earn a prize or prestige. I just live being rewarded.

My energy is bigger than life!

My alignment is so on point!

Instead of creating separation I am trying to pave the path. I am creating evidence of what can be done when you put forth effort and try.

In one month I’ve created a clear road map and strategy and realize that most people can’t even get out of their way to 𝑡𝑟𝑦!

This opportunity has created so much growth for me! So much connection to myself, my purpose and all the women that I do get to guide on this journey.

I am grateful that I get to be me and I get to achieve even if it feels lonely sometimes.

Lucky for me I am never alone! I am always divinely guided and have the most loving family around 🙏.

I am not going to be less than, and I hope this post encourages you to do the same!

Do you want to know why people don’t succeed?

Because they don’t even try!!

They create a thousand stories as to why it’s not going to work for 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑚 without even trying.

I am living proof that it works!

11 years ago I was living on food stamps. You have to see my FB memories!! Watching the journey and then the magic unfolds ✨. (Grateful to this platform for that 🙏)

But at every interval I’ve shown the world that it can be done!

✔️ I went back to school at 30 years old to get a masters in Acupuncture and I retired when I was 42!

✔️ I said I would become a published author. I have 3 Best selling Amazon books 👏

✔️ I knew I deserved unconditional love and I attracted my soul mate, best friend, companion of eternity!!

✔️ I was determined to heal my anxiety and depression without meds. I did just that.

✔️ I needed to lose 100 excess pounds. I healed my body by learning about gut health.

✔️ I joined a direct marketing company grew a team of 36, got promoted 4 times and earned a trip and presidents club in less than 1 month!

I have a formula. A strategy. For every single thing.

The evidence shows you over and over again, that if I think it, I 𝑐𝑎𝑛 create it!

Everything I do, you can do even better!

When people think of Leaders, they normally think it’s someone that was appointed or voted into a role.

We rarely look at ourselves as leaders when we don’t have a great big mission.

We admire others for their roles and self sabotage ourselves because we feel we are not good enough or worthy enough.

But the truth is leadership starts with yourself!

There was a time where I could 𝑛𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟 finish a course I started or a book that I would read. I couldn’t stick to a diet or an exercise program. I would make every excuse in the book but never take responsibility.

I would be mean to myself because something must’ve been wrong with 𝑚𝑒. But really I just wasn’t willing to do the thing because of all of my stories and 𝑙𝑖𝑚𝑖𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑓𝑠.

It was just the excuses I was making to separate me from my every 𝑑𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑟𝑒!

𝑌𝑜𝑢 are the reason why you are happy and blissful or miserable and sad. You get to choose to see things glass half full or half empty. You have the option to 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙 gratitude, compassion and love over fear, anger and sadness.

It’s not the hand you were dealt, it’s the story that you are writing with your thoughts, your feelings and your lack of action.

There’s new faces around here, so I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

My name is Shilamida (like chill with an Sh-ill ah-mee-dah) much easier than it looks 😉.

✨I am a lover of life and all things spiritual and woo.

✨I believe in freedom and I pride my parents coming here as immigrants in 1980 for that reason.
✨I am a mama to 3 adorable male humans and I have 2 bonus boys as well!!
✨I practiced acupuncture and holistic medicine for the last 10 years.
✨ I have an online global business where I help people go through a transformational healing process.
✨I am a best selling author and the co-creator of my life
✨I am a believer in all things are possible and I believe we create magic!
✨My glass is always 1/2 full, 11 plus years ago it was always 1/2 empty.
✨I love to laugh and smile
✨I love to travel to world and run retreats for women.
✨I have the greatest lover/best friend/fiancé of all time. We’ve been together for almost 11 years. Our love story is incredible but triggering for some.
✨2022 is my year of influence and I have started repping an incredible company called 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏 where I teach families how to turn their homes and minds into a non toxic environment. In less than a month I got 4 promotions and earned a trip to Punta Cana and a building a team of leaders to do the same!

You 𝑐𝑎𝑛 do or be anything you desire!

It’s true!

You just have to get out of your own way!

And you have to 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒 that it’s possible for you!

I didn’t get to where I am because I am 𝑙𝑢𝑐𝑘𝑦! (Even though I consider myself lucky…)

I got here, because I actively 𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑓𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑑 my 𝑑𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑠!

I figured out what I wanted and then put my energy, thought and feelings towards those desires and every time the Universe delivers! 𝐸𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒!

We are meant to be ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑦!
We are meant to be 𝑓𝑢𝑙𝑙𝑓𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑!

We create our own misery and failures based on our limited beliefs!

But when we realize we are the authors of our life and we get to write the chapters it all shifts and changes!

Don’t you just love it when the wind blows you hair just right for a photo?

What you don’t see in this photo is I was freezing, cold AF.

This sweater kept giving me a wardrobe malfunction!

So many things happened behind the scenes, but all you get to see is a smiling photo with a great shot of wind 💨.

This is your reminder that your feed is an illusion!

For every perfect photo or moment that you see, there were equal parts of stress, sadness, 𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑢𝑒𝑠, that you don’t get to see!

I am telling you this today bc I distinctly remember the time that I would scroll through the feed wondering why?

Why didn’t I have what they had?

Why didn’t I get to travel?

Why didn’t I have the house with the white picket fence?

I didn’t look beyond the photos. I didn’t think compassionately about others… I just experienced lack and jealousy.

And now here with this beautiful photo, I want to remind you that no ones life is perfect. Everyone is dealing with something!

Some of us have just learned to compartmentalize the bad and balance it out with the good!

And you know what shifts the energy for all? 𝐺𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒!

In 2009, I created my first vision board and on it I wrote that I would be a motivational speaker and author. I had no idea what I would speak about considering in that moment I was at rock bottom. I was a single mom on food stamps, 250lbs, miserable in my life. Someone introduced me to #gratitude and #thelawofattraction It was a great #awakening for me. When I was a young girl, I desperately wanted to be a model. I was overweight and far from model status. But I dragged my parents from agency to agency to only feel rejected. My whole life growing up I struggled with weight and self love. I watched my mom struggle with her weight and I would get yelled at most of the time when I would eat... or so that’s what I remember. That led me to closet binge eating. Hiding cookies under my bed and indulging shamefully when no one was watching. Followed by self loathing. Well I brought this toxic trait with me into adulthood. While I figured out how to love myself and lose the weight, even how to create model shoots for myself... I still catch myself eating in secret and in shame. An adult 41 year old woman sneaking donuts into the laundry room 🙄. Criticizing myself, talking down to myself and suffocating the love that I’ve worked so hard to achieve... and then I have to snap out of it. And I stand in front of a mirror and forgive myself. I love myself for eating the donut. I love and forgive myself for feeling the need to do it in secret and shame... I look in the mirror and I speak to her! The wounded child inside. Self love, radical self love 💕 is a life long endeavor. You don’t just love yourself one day and poof it’s a forever love. You have to choose to love yourself everyday! Just like you have to choose to be happy everyday. Radical self love begins with radical change! Stepping out of your comfort zone and coming face to face with your abuser, in this case you! The abuse you’ve been putting yourself through for years, can end now! The self loathing, self doubt and lack of self worth can be shifted and transmuted into self worth, self care and a radical sense of self love ❤️. I can show you how!
