Last year I promised myself to allow myself REST.
I was working 40+ hrs a week, full time student/mom & doing balloon installs EVERY WEEKEND.

I made a goal of saying NO. I wanted to only do events every other weekend. 2 per month max! Focusing on things that make me passionate
& I have stuck to this and it has made the biggest impact!!

I was able to enjoy more time with my daughters & family, grow our child care business revenues to $500k+, focus on my mental health, fall in love again, & grow closer to God!

Listen to your body when it’s time for a break! It’s crazy how much you can accomplish by SLOWING DOWN!
