It's summer time, that means it's Paella and Tapas time! Here are the menus, delivery or with Chef Service!
Why Hiring a Chef at home? It's simple. You will enjoy your time with your family and guests! Don't worry about the cooking, the cleaning, the service, the bar tending if needed, the Chef is in charge. It is also a unique occasion for the Chef to share with the guest his experience, knowledge, journey. This menu for exemple comes from where I lived for 3 years, in Mallorca, Balearic Islands. The food there is incredible.
To enjoy this meal, I will share with you my Sangria recipe, the real one, it's so refreshing. (serving 4)
1/2 medium green apple, skin on, chopped into small pieces
1/2 medium orange rind on, sliced into triangles, large seeds removed plus more for garnish
3-4 Tbsp organic brown sugar
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup brandy
750 ml bottle dry Spanish red wine (not the cheap premade sangria, use grappe juice if you want the non alcoholic version). For the royal version, use 400 ml wine, 400 ml Cava
~1 cup Ice to chill
