ity Promise: we try to make the cleanest and greenest food purchases that we can. For example, we use organic, antibiotic and hormone free chicken. During the summer months, all of our vegetables are locally sourced and many of our pantry items, like oil and cornmeal, we also buy organic. We practice recycling and composting and utilize as much of each ingredient as possible. Choosing locally sourced food betters not only your health, but the local economy, environment, and community as a whole.
