Get ready to don your Santa hats and elf ears to kick off the week of Christmas (and raise money for the Community House Brewery project) with Homegrown Moorestown’s Santa Stroll! After a fun walk through town, we’ll gather in the Library to watch the Eagles game and enjoy beer, hot chocolate, and soft pretzels.

The Community House’s Children’s Holiday Shop returns this Friday, 12/6 and Saturday, 12/7! 🎅🏼

The perfect place for children to discover the joy of giving, this holiday tradition brings children to the Community House to experience the thrill of choosing their own holiday gifts for family and friends. Children can shop in a safe, festive environment with the help of kind volunteers while parents mingle.

“House Guest” Appreciation Post! As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we do not receive any tax dollars from local, state, or federal government. All of the money required to sustain the house and run our programs is generated through grants, private donations, and events like our House Party.

The pollinator garden The Rotary Club of Moorestown planted this spring at the Community House is still “buzzing” with visitors enjoying this warm weather. As growth slows down in the next few weeks, we hope lots of pollinators overwinter in our native flowers. We’re already looking forward to what the spring will bring as this wonderful habitat grows!

DONATIONS NEEDED! Moorestown Rotary and other local Rotary Clubs are partnering with the Rotary Club of Asheville, North Carolina to provide much needed Hurricane Relief supplies for those affected by Hurricane Helene. Please help by purchasing any of the below items and dropping off at Community House of Moorestown next Tuesday and Wednesday (10/15-16) between 8:30am -3:00pm.

The following is a partial list of much needed items to assist those who have lost everything:

We have an 18-foot Box truck generously donated to our cause by Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey to transport items that we collect in Moorestown to the central District 7505 collection site in Jackson, NJ where we will combine our supplies with other donated supplies. Our goal is to fill up a tractor-trailer for delivery to Asheville on Saturday 10/19. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR HELPING FILL UP OUR 18 FT BOX TRUCK!
