Today, Mauro Ezequiel of Citybound Limo and Gil Gonzales of AMG Electric led a small team on a rescue mission to Lake Lure/Black Mountain, bringing crucial supplies. Unfortunately, it fell short. With no external aid received, we did our best to support the efforts. The devastation was overwhelming: widespread loss and loss of life. What once was a community, is now just empty land. The area is without power or cell service, with no restoration expected for weeks. We cleared roads and paths blocked by debris, fallen trees and power lines, enabling stranded residents to escape and assist their community. Please offer prayers for those impacted, as many remain unaccounted for. They urgently require basic supplies: water, food, flashlights, propane and gasoline (for generators and gas powered tools/vehicles). Mauro Ezequiel

October 2, 2024. This is Gerton, a community in Henderson County, North Carolina. It is part of the Asheville Metropolitan Statistical Area. Not a huge community, but they were also affected by hurricane Helene, and they also need help. Citybound Limo along side AMG Electric are doing the best to their abilities to help out the smaller towns any way they can. Wherever we are needed, we will make a presence. Whether it is a rescue mission, bringing supplies, cutting down trees and moving debris, or in this case restoring power to a well system in the area that supplies water to over 30 homes. Let us know how and where we can help. Little or big, everything and everyone can make a difference. Together, we will get through this. #NCStrong
