This family is a blessing! They have gone through some seriously challenging life battles, but their strength and determination to remain positive and be a blessing to others is relentless. It was an honor to take their photos and I’m blessed to know them and be inspired by them. 😍

This is just a wonderful story. We had the Grounds Family in our February and March of 2021 Sports magazine. Almost everyone knows their story and the faith and determination they put out there. What a challenge the family and Lucas faced. The response of the Mooresville community was so loving and supportive. This really should be a movie to inspire. I am very inspired by Lucas and because of what he went through and his never give up attitude I look at life's challenges differently now. You might recognize this family from one of many places around Mooresville, but their fave place is on their farm. 🐄🚜 I was honored to photograph the Mynatt family last month for the Morgan County North Living magazine. Love this family and loved getting to hang out with them to capture some fun photos.

Just a few photos of the 14u Indiana Braves on their last tournament of the season. This was a new team this year and started off rough, but they have made big improvements throughout the season and have been fun to watch. Keep grinding boys! ⚾️

This year has been a year of new things for me as a photographer. This year, I've challenged myself to take action photos of my boys' and their baseball teams. It's been fun to capture some action shots of them and their teammates. Most every family takes photos with their cell phone, but sometimes it's nice to have actual shots where the ball and other moving objects are in focus and the ability to have a fast shutter speed.

This weekend, my son's 14u Indiana Braves team had the opportunity to play in a National tournament in Omaha, NE. ⚾️

You may recognize this couple from the June issue of Morgan County North Living Magazine. Ken and Megan Keifer were such a fun couple to meet!

Ken is a photographer and has two images that are featured on U.S. Postal stamps. Megan is recently a retired 2nd grade teacher from Northwood Elementary School. I'm so glad I photographed them when I did outside of Northwood because it is now in progress to having a new look, which would not have been ideal to capture her 36 years at the school.

Congratulations to both of the Keifers! It was a joy to meet you and learn more about you both.

Due to the weather forecast, we are going to suggest you do NOT take the Tour tonight or tomorrow. We wouldn't want anyone to have an accident or break down in the predicted cold temperatures, and many of our Tour Stops plan to take down some of their decor due to the high winds.

However, we have a surprise for you! Thanks to our friend at MakolePhotography and the Marine family (1282ironwood), this weekend we will have virtual tour video to share with you! This video will show you all the houses and the vote codes. Stay tuned!

It's been awhile since I've played around with studio lighting. One of my goals for 2022 is to challenge myself to grow as a photographer. So, I intentionally busted out the Nikon three different times this weekend. :) Thanks to my kiddos for their cooperation!

Congratulations to Caleb and Andrea Landis on this sweet little bundle of joy! She's adorable and slept like a little angel.

And I want to throw it out there that newborn photography is not my specialty, and I want to give huge props to all of the professional newborn photogs out there because these little angels make you work hard for your money! But they are so sweet and precious! 😍 I enjoyed every moment.
