Wanted to thank the entire staff at the Brand New, Symphony Park, Ultra Luxury Apartment Complex in Huntersville for inviting us to assist in the final prep and to do the Plating of the Appetizers for their Hawaiian Themed Grand Opening Today with over 450 guests in attendance.
Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers, Poke Bowl, Chicken Skewers, Coconut Shrimp and Fresh made BenyesISH Donuts.

Just doing our part to provide our discrete "Catering Services" to the Mooresville PD and a host of local and national law enforcement in support of "Operation Artemis" May 28th to 30th, 2024. We had to be very flexible and add very nice meals on the fly as requested, and ensure they were all well fed and had the ability to fight the fight during this successful and ongoing operations but that's "What We Do" to support our fellow Law Enforcement Partners.
And was still able to pull off a very successful, 175 guest, high end wedding 2 days later!

Catering on the Waters of Lake Norman for an East Coast, 70th B-day Celebration Saturday Cruise. West Coast was last weekend in San Francisco Bay! Simple Welcome Appetizers with mini wraps. The vegetarian mini wraps were rolled with freshly made hummus, fire roasted red peppers and grilled veggies all blended together.

For 2024, Our Veteran Owned Catering Company, will be cutting back on our Catering Offerings, not about quantity, but about Quality at our Catered Events. Our focus will be to continue as the Prime Caterer of Weddings & Events at our 20+ Venues in an around the Lake and a few select in the CLT Metro region. Our Select Business Clients will also be taken care of.

We are also the NEW Exclusive Caterer to the 100 ft., Carolina Grace Luxury yacht on Lake Norman!

Our Event Staffing will be elevated in professional look and excellent service. Our new Partnership with Lake Norman Party Rentals NEW Owners, two Military Veterans who bought the company this January, will be a direct source for our clients.

This slow down and focus period is due to way too many Major Back Surgeries and others procedures over the last 7 years and one more minor back surgery left to go.

While regrouping and refocusing, Chef Alexander, Owner and Veteran with Disabilities, jumped back into the kitchen after several years.
Not only prepared & cooked the meal, but him and his team Plated it with a house full of guests from Europe. The client wanted it all on one plate, so it's called "Taste of the South during Morning Rush hour!"
Fried Green Tomato over a Sweet Chili Glaze, Shrimp & Creamy Grits, fall off the bone Honey BBQ Ribs, Lemon Asparagus, Cajun Chicken Pasta, Honey Cornbread with Blackberry jelly and an edible Orchid flower.
Dessert was a scoop of ice cream, Mini Pecan Pie bites covered with roasted pecans, maple syrup and a dust of Cayenne Pepper.
