What a great Catering weekend!
Sugar Creek Brewery Wedding Catering / Wedding Cake & Cupcakes.
Uptown Charlotte at Ally Bank Building for a TV Commercial at 4:30 am with 10 minutes to set up to feed 65 people outside due to 4th floor access issues. Returned for rave reviews on our corporate lunch on the 4th floor.
Vesuvius Vineyards Wedding!
Excellent in person reviews on our food and service the entire weekend.

Great Day to be on Lake Norman. Catering is what we do on land and the lake.
(NOTE: The client had this event scheduled for several weeks for the presentation by the Guinness World Record representative flying into town. She paddle boarded over 520 shoreline miles of Lake Norman to achieve this world record. As the owner of the catering company, I did this event myself not wanting to put any pressure on any staff. We already donated to several organizations to help those affected in and around Ashville. We have people close to us who live there and we were told not to bring anything, keep the roads clear for emergency responders and help that is on the way per the Governor. While we grieve for all the death and devastation in and around Ashville and anybody on any water way due to the excessive rains and floods, we still must move on in a positive manner in our lives. This is how I live my life after serving my country in the military and doing my duty for God and County. We must be Positive each and everyday, lend a hand to others even when they don't ask for help, be there for those in need and still live a normal life knowing we do what we can each and everyday.

Just doing our part to provide our discrete "Catering Services" to the Mooresville PD and a host of local and national law enforcement in support of "Operation Artemis" May 28th to 30th, 2024. We had to be very flexible and add very nice meals on the fly as requested, and ensure they were all well fed and had the ability to fight the fight during this successful and ongoing operations but that's "What We Do" to support our fellow Law Enforcement Partners.

Catering on the Waters of Lake Norman for an East Coast, 70th B-day Celebration Saturday Cruise. West Coast was last weekend in San Francisco Bay! Simple Welcome Appetizers with mini wraps. The vegetarian mini wraps were rolled with freshly made hummus, fire roasted red peppers and grilled veggies all blended together.
