With melting snow, we safely Catered a drop & set, Bridal Shower with a Full Italian themed Lunch Menu today at The Cabin in Davidson on Lake Norman. Started with some appetizers (Mini Brie bites with candied Pecans and a side of Fig Jam. Bruschetta with garlic toast points & rosemary dipping bread. Mini Mac & Cheese Honey Cornbread Muffins.

Part Two.
Our hearts and prayers go to all those affected by the never seen before fire storms in L.A.
But we must never be distracted by all those in our own backyard in Western North Carolina. One of our team members just came back yesterday from WNC and people are still having major issues and they still need all of our assistance. Never Forget WNC!
Part Three
As a US Army, Military Police Veteran, I am so proud of my Nephew, who after 10 years in the CA National Guard, was in L.A. early this week for his final weekend, change of his command, before exiting the Guard next month. He was activated 2 days ago and on the ground now, helping L.A.F.D., L.A.P.D and all those in need in L.A. for the next 20 days.

What a great Catering weekend!
Sugar Creek Brewery Wedding Catering / Wedding Cake & Cupcakes.
Uptown Charlotte at Ally Bank Building for a TV Commercial at 4:30 am with 10 minutes to set up to feed 65 people outside due to 4th floor access issues. Returned for rave reviews on our corporate lunch on the 4th floor.
Vesuvius Vineyards Wedding!
Excellent in person reviews on our food and service the entire weekend.

Great Day to be on Lake Norman. Catering is what we do on land and the lake.
(NOTE: The client had this event scheduled for several weeks for the presentation by the Guinness World Record representative flying into town. She paddle boarded over 520 shoreline miles of Lake Norman to achieve this world record. As the owner of the catering company, I did this event myself not wanting to put any pressure on any staff. We already donated to several organizations to help those affected in and around Ashville. We have people close to us who live there and we were told not to bring anything, keep the roads clear for emergency responders and help that is on the way per the Governor. While we grieve for all the death and devastation in and around Ashville and anybody on any water way due to the excessive rains and floods, we still must move on in a positive manner in our lives. This is how I live my life after serving my country in the military and doing my duty for God and County. We must be Positive each and everyday, lend a hand to others even when they don't ask for help, be there for those in need and still live a normal life knowing we do what we can each and everyday.
