We are proud to bring an intense and effective exercise program to the Mooresville, Lake Norman, Davidson Area. Using techniques from Olympic weightlifting, sprinting, plyometrics, and gymnastics you are assured an amazing workout every time you visit CrossFit 77. Our program is designed to be scalable to all fitness levels. If you are new to exercise, you have nothing to be nervous about, we will

design the program to fit your current level. If you are an advanced athlete, you will find another level that you didn't know you had. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to see what we can offer. All we ask is that you have an open mind and be willing to give 100% effort.

Introducing our first athlete camp. An all day Saturday event with provided lunch! This will encompass skill sessions, movements, efficiency in workouts and the skills themselves, and more.

Coach Dana will lead our athletes from 10:30-2pm with a provided lunch.
