While regrouping and refocusing, Chef Alexander, Owner and Veteran with Disabilities, jumped back into the kitchen after several years.
Not only prepared & cooked the meal, but him and his team Plated it with a house full of guests from Europe. The client wanted it all on one plate, so it's called "Taste of the South during Morning Rush hour!"
Fried Green Tomato over a Sweet Chili Glaze, Shrimp & Creamy Grits, fall off the bone Honey BBQ Ribs, Lemon Asparagus, Cajun Chicken Pasta, Honey Cornbread with Blackberry jelly and an edible Orchid flower.
Dessert was a scoop of ice cream, Mini Pecan Pie bites covered with roasted pecans, maple syrup and a dust of Cayenne Pepper.

Already completing 240 Catering Events this year ending July, So we need to take a step back and regroup, so we will focus on Catering on Friday & Saturday's Only from today until after Labor Day, Sept. 4th, 2023!
