All rentals have a $75 cleaning deposit. Refundable after inspection or Venue will keep and clean.

*Parties with alcohol are required to use Venue 828 bartender and security guards. Also required to get Special Event liability one day insurance with no less than $1,000,000 general liability policy limits with Venue 828 as co-insured.
