Dinner at Pigtamer’s tonight!!! Used the wonderful vortex from Owens BBQ tonight, this thing is fricking amazing! Korean style short ribs with “wokked” broccoli , garlic, mushrooms , and onions served with rice and sweet potato . Owens BBQ made this delicious meal possible and if you want to level up your dinners at home, check out thier website. You will not be disappointed ! From sauces ,seasonings, sausage and jerky supplies…. Marty and Tanya have everything you need to succeed at being the king of the block with great meals like this!-

Had so much fun goofing around with my son Gunnar creating Pigtamer’s Kitchen YouTube video. I got to cook great food and spend time with him. We are hoping to get better with a couple more videos to drop on our channel on Sundays. Hope to have some special guests as well in the future. These were some gorgeous thick cut chops with a cream garlic pan sauce. Enjoy!!!
