Water has been turned back on as of 7 am this morning. We are under a boil advisory! Please share this for your neighbors to see. I’d like to thank the crew that came out and our water guys for working all night until 7 am this morning.

They are still working to repair the line. It looks like it will be a late night. They are having to break through concrete and it isn’t breaking easily. We most likely will not have water restored until tomorrow.

Mooringsport water customers the Village Water Department is about to cut the water off in order to fix a leak on Jennings Street. I will update when I know more. Thank you for your patience. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have a leak ! A company hit the water line.. I’ll update as soon as possible. Our guys are out there and they are working hard to get it fixed !

The Village of Mooringsport Community Center has the month of October open for rentals ! (If you’re a previous customer the community center rental agreement has changed some). $100.00 rental payment with an additional $40.00 deposit. The deposit is refundable if the terms of the contract are met, then the deposit will be refunded. $40.00 deposit is required up front to secure your rental date. There is also form you can fill out to donate your deposit for repairs to our community center. If you have any questions please call 318-996-7661 or 318-540-4485
