The seniors have been busy creating rag wreaths by collecting jeans, cutting them into strips, and tying them onto the wreaths. They look great!

Today, we joined in with Love the Boot program!!! We had 10 Seniors walk and clean our block, they cut trees, weeded the flower bed and for the ones that are not outside people they planted plants for outside!!

Party Day #1!!!

Nothing like a party with some of the best Seniors!! We had a saran wrap ball, pick up the Christmas bows with a spatula(blindfolded) and last but not least pick up candy canes with no hands!!! Great food and special thanks to our Santa that delivered some fresh fried fish!!! I must say we are blessed and full!!! Tomorrow will be more fun stay tuned……….

Tomorrow our Seniors will be at the AARP!! Please, come out and support us!!!!!

Jessica with Lsu-Ag visited today!!! We learned how to determine if you drink enough water and what vegetables keep you hydrated!!! Oooo and they played bingo that taught them about vegetables and how they help your body!!! If you are not here you are missing out!!!!

Busy Wednesday….Tiki Bar is up….Doing a little Summer Cleaning….Bowling ….lunch and I’m sure our Seniors went home and had a nap💤😴

They are exercising 15 min per day and they are doing GREAT!!!

Our Seniors are learning about protein and the fruit or vegetables that will give them the nutrients that they need!! Plus, today we had Jessica from LSU-Ag stop in and do so chair exercise bingo!
