For me, with ADHD it’s often an #allornothing ordeal. So I did “nothing”. Nothing business related, nothing school related, nothing that required me to get out of my bed.
I did things I like and looked for things I used to like. I went to the library for the first time in probably a decade, and got the next books of the YA series’s I used to read and some of the ones I always wanted to but didn’t have time. I got lunch from one of my favorite places I hadn’t been to in a few weeks. I showered and decided I wanted to do my hair!
Planning your wedding or for something big you have coming up doesn’t need to be all at once. Take a break, and take care of yourself ❤️

Black Tie - most common type you’ll hear for formal weddings, but not typically the most common dress for. If you’re invited to a black tie event, but not sure what to wear, we’ve got you covered!
Women - a formal floor-length gown that does not reveal the ankles at the hem of the dress. Or an elegant pantsuit
Men - a tuxedo. A black bow tie, black vest or cummerbund, and patent leather shoes are also suggested. For summer weddings, a white dinner jacket and black tuxedo trousers are also acceptable.
