She is incredibly sweet. Smart - already knows sit, working on lay and recall, and very treat driven. She is an explorer but also snuggler. She will bond with you quickly. We (her foster) are working on her puppy teeth habits (ie. training her to chew on toys and not hands). Crate trained and sleeps through the night. VERY well on house training. She definitely has pooping outside down, and even barks in middle of night if she has to go. Peeing outside is going well, but she does have accidents because she is a puppy and her bladder is still small.
She is doing great with the foster dogs in her home, and learns redirection from them well. She likes to chase cats, but that is something she needs taught that they are not a toy.
Possible hound mix? She is going to be tall - she has legs for days.

Found abandoned in Clarksburg.

TODAY!! Order these ONE-DAY-ONLY "Rail Trail" empanadas and we will donate a portion of the proceeds to the maintenace and repair of your local rail-trails. Two empanadas filled with cheddar cheese, ground beef, onions, corn, and tomatoes are then fried golden brown. We serve these with our chipotle enchilada sauce to dip. YUM!

Well, this is not an easy post. Due to COVID-19, we have remained shuttered. Our hope was that we would resume this summer, but the virus kept us home, waiting.
As of today, we, Copper Canyon Caterers, will be closing permanently.

I know a lot of brides and grooms are rescheduling and considering different ways of doing a future reception... and I wanted to say that Copper Canyon Catering has the Good Eats Mountain State food truck. I found them because they had great reviews for their food. I was working with them planning a birthday party and they were A) wonderful to work and plan with B ) considerate with budget C) kind when it came to giving a full refund due to COVID19 and put emphasis on health and safety. So many aren’t giving full refunds but I will for SURE go back to them time and again because of how they conducted themselves as a business during a trying time for us all. I cannot recommend them enough!

Let me start by saying, we miss you all! What an amazing day it will be to when we see you again.
So in the meantime, here's a little protein and calcium packed snack for you to try.
This one was coined SoyJoy in 1974, Whitesburg, Kentucky - Pirt Creek Hollow.

SOYJOY
2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup chopped Walnuts
1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Stir together all ingredients and let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Stir gently and enjoy!
To make it easy on yourself, use the Cottage Cheese Container to store it in the frig.
