Saturday Nov. 5, 2022 The Morris Chapel Community Center and Cowboys For Christ will be hosting a fundraiser to benefit the Morris Chapel Park. We will be having a country supper starting at 5:00 p.m. along with a cake walk. All funds raised will go to the park. Please share with all your friends and family. We hope to see you there.

It is with a heavy heart that we have to say goodbye to another community member. There are no words to describe the loss of Robert Taylor. He was so many things to so many people...great neighbor, friend, supporter, and the list goes on and on. He was a kind and loving soul that will be missed so greatly. Our love and prayers goes to his children and family and to our community. Fly high sweet soul..... hope you are enjoying your new home.

Hey everyone, know it is late in the evening but wanted to share our first official fundraiser for 2021. The Morris Chapel Community Center and Cowboys for Christ will be hosting a fish fry on June 19, 2021 starting at 5 p.m. It will be all you can eat, $15.00 per person. It will include fish with all the trimmings, desert, and drink. We will also have chicken strips for those who aren't fond of fish. We would love for all of you to come out and join us for good food and good fellowship!

Reminders will be posted here each week and we would appreciate you all to help us get the word out so please share the post and tell your friends and family.

Good evening all. Hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy. Wanted to let you all know that our community center board has made the unfortunate decision to close the community center due to a spike in covid cases. We will keep everyone informed as to when we feel it safe to start renting again. We hope that your family has a blessed and healthy Thanksgiving and we appreciate the community support.

Good evening everyone. Hope you all are staying dry.
I know it has been a while since posting any news but days seem to go by so quickly, we get off track and forget to do things such as this. Hoping to get better at posting.....
Anyhow, with our board meeting just recently and much consideration given the fact that our Community Center has not been left in the best shape (cleaning wise), we have decided that a cleaning deposit will have to be added to the rental of the center. Effective July 1, 2020 you will have to fill out a rental agreement and the cleaning deposit will be $25.00. Someone will let you in the day you have rented it and inspect the building to make sure it is clean and when you leave, the building will be checked to make sure it is clean. If the building is left satisfactory, your cleaning deposit will be refunded. We have tried to avoid doing this but we don't want to be unfair to any of our renters either. We appreciate all of our community support.
