Good evening everyone. Hope you all are staying dry.
I know it has been a while since posting any news but days seem to go by so quickly, we get off track and forget to do things such as this. Hoping to get better at posting.....
Anyhow, with our board meeting just recently and much consideration given the fact that our Community Center has not been left in the best shape (cleaning wise), we have decided that a cleaning deposit will have to be added to the rental of the center. Effective July 1, 2020 you will have to fill out a rental agreement and the cleaning deposit will be $25.00. Someone will let you in the day you have rented it and inspect the building to make sure it is clean and when you leave, the building will be checked to make sure it is clean. If the building is left satisfactory, your cleaning deposit will be refunded. We have tried to avoid doing this but we don't want to be unfair to any of our renters either. We appreciate all of our community support.
