Ninjas in Training: Warrior Tech's most entry-level option for kids ages 4-6. We keep the skills developmentally appropriate and have smaller ratios to ensure every child has a great experience!

(Side note: NinjaFit is the next level up, and is the entry level option for kids 6-10 years old!)

Come learn some basics of getting upside down with Cassandra! We'll cover the importance of a good warm up, proper body alignment and technique, accessible drills, and basic conditioning to help you build a strong foundation for handstands. This workshop is for anyone interested in spending more time inverted--no prior experience needed--and will have drills that cater to all levels, ages 8+.

These kids ran hard and overcame 15 obstacles on The Bad Berry Fun Run!

They did an amazing job on the first Bad Berry to date and we were honored they came out strong and tried numerous things they'd never tried before ☺️

8:30 AM - Kids Fun Run with 15+ obstacles (kids 7+, with or without parent)
10:00 AM - Waves Begin - 5K with 23+ obstacles (everyone 13+ years old)

At Farrell's Creek Farm (1970 Marthas Chapel Road, Apex, NC)

Warrior Tech and Farrell's Creek Farm are excited to co-host an obstacle course run on Sunday, September 29th for both kids and adults!! Most of all, we are thrilled to provide an opportunity for people in our community to get outside and maybe find a new, fun way to be physically active.

As far as obstacles there, there won't be many hanging obstacles (at least not this year!), but there will be balance obstacles, weighted carries, things to go over, under, and more! Then there will be a shirt and medal at the end of the race for each participant as well, along with a festival area to hang out in while you cool down!

Bring your friends/family!

Prices will increase on Monday, September 23, and registration will close Thursday, September 26.

We are beyond excited to announce that we are partnering with Farrell's Creek Farm in Apex, NC to present our annual OCR Trek! Named The Bad Berry Trek, we are excited to have the beautiful backdrop of a berry farm to host the 5k. Don't miss out on the kids fun run we will have too!
