Sam Gray, the President of Catered by design,

started in his grandmother's kitchen as just a young kid, working up into Executive Chef positions at multiple restaurants and opening a few of his own, Sam has a lifetime of experience under his belt. Deciding to settle down over 17 years ago and began his journey with Catered by Design, he has built a loyal team to create and serve thousands of food & event seeking clients in Chicago and the greater area.

🥃 The Marshmallow Mule is perfect for a cozy winter holiday party and surprising your guests with an inventive and festive drink. We personally recommend using whiskey if you’re looking for a richer heat balanced by the roasted marshmallow, and vodka if you’re looking for something more sweet and smooth. Recipe from ; Ashlie Hughes & Emily Vikre!

Ingredients:
🥃 1 ½ ounces vodka (or whiskey or rum)
🥃 1 ½ ounces Marshmallow and Ginger Syrup (separate recipe in our blog)
💧 Soda Water

Ingredients:
🍋‍🟩 ¾ cup of lime juice
🍃 ¼ cup of packed mint leaves
🍃 A couple of mint leaves for garnish
