I guess we’ll see what 2025 has to offer 🤷🏻♀️
#2025
my final wedding of the 2024 season 🥹💖
Kayla & Jared, your love is contagious. As I was setting up and adding floral touches around your reception space, your family and friends were simply beside themselves with how proud and happy they are for you two.
Thank you for allowing me to witness your sweet love and play a part in your beautiful day. The colors, the textures— it was all perfect. Your gorgeous vision was the most exciting to design! Praying your lives as husband and wife continue to be as vibrant and fun as your wedding day 💖

My mandatory farmer-florist uniform is a thrifted flannel, tevas, and lots of sunscreen. Maybe a bucket hat if I’m feeling extra fancy 💁🏻♀️✨
What are you wearing in the flower fields?

Just a flower boy and his new flame-thrower 🔥🌸
The speed at which this new farm tool was purchased, delivered, out of the box and into the fields? Impressive 💨 Move over mowing, Farmer Tito has a new favorite farm chore. The weeds will wish they never set seed by the time he’s done with them 🌱🌾

Deadheading is an important garden chore that helps promote new growth on your flowers. Simply pop the spent blooms off of the plant! And voila, you’ve successfully ABDH’d.
This practice is beneficial for both the appearance and the health of the plant. Removing old blooms sends a signal in the plant to create more flowers, helping your plants to continue blooming all season.
I prefer to use my hands and pinch the old buds off, but taking a pair of pruning snips is a precise and effective way to cut off spent flower heads.
A.B.D.H; always be deadheading, friends. 🌱✂️

life lately 🌷⭐️🫶🏼🌞🦋🌸
The past two weeks have been such a whirlwind! Planting, working on soil rows, sweet time with my pups, more planting, flowering weddings and baby showers, working with dear friends, filling out the calendar with new inquires, more planting, and spending time in the sunshine soaking it all up.
and to top it all off OUR WELL IS FIXED so we have running water again. Bless it.
Life is really so good and such a sweet gift 🌞🦋💖
There’s nothing better than dusk in the garden. Especially when we get a surprise thunderstorm!
Our well is still busted so watering the garden has been quite the prayerful activity since last Thursday. The main leak was fixed (🙌🏼) but now the well itself seems to have something going on, which is really not surprising as she’s about 150 years old.
But God provides!
And I’ve never been so grateful or prayed harder for some raaaain. The pure joy I’m feeling as I listen to the fat raindrops falling into the flower rows is just unmatched 💧🫶🏼 Won’t He do it!!

The sweetest baby shower flowers for a surprise gender baby. I kept things neutral with creamy mums, spikes of star of Bethlehem, some darling little green spray roses, blossoming willow branches and added a few sprigs of beautifully fragrant freesia.
This is actually multiple arrangements in two wooden boxes placed inside of an antique wicker basket. They’re able to be removed and placed separately or used as one large centerpiece. This turned out to be one of my favorite designs so far!

Soil Delivery Day 🪨🌱
Last year I made a very costly mistake of not investing in fresh soil and compost. I figured we bought some the year before so we’d be good. Nope!
Soil is one of the most important factors of growing. Things turned yellow, got stunted, lacked flower buds. It was a rough but important lesson to learn. This year we’ve trucked in 3 full loads of soil & compost and I’m sure we’re far from done.
One of the coolest things about gardening and being a follower of Jesus, is the fact that the Bible was written during a time when society revolved around agriculture. So when Jesus spoke in parables about soil fertility or seeds, people really understood the message. I love that I might share that same connection and understanding that a farmer may have had while hearing Jesus speak off the shore of the Sea of Galilee.
Matthew 13:18-23
“Now listen to the explanation of the parable about the farmer planting seeds: The seed that fell on the footpath represents those who hear the message about the Kingdom and don’t understand it. Then the evil one comes and snatches away the seed that was planted in their hearts. The seed on the rocky soil represents those who hear the message and immediately receive it with joy. But since they don’t have deep roots, they don’t last long. They fall away as soon as they have problems or are persecuted for believing God’s word. The seed that fell among the thorns represents those who hear God’s word, but all too quickly the message is crowded out by the worries of this life and the lure of wealth, so no fruit is produced. The seed that fell on good soil represents those who truly hear and understand God’s word and produce a harvest of thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted!”
