EXHIBITORS SHARE THIS!

Dear buyers,

We are excited to invite you to participate in the North Central WA Jr. Livestock Show mark auction, providing an exceptional opportunity to support our local youth while investing in high-quality farm to table meat. This event is more than just an auction – it’s a chance to support the future of agriculture and help develop the next generation of leaders, farmers, and entrepreneurs.

Why Your Participation Matters:

By purchasing livestock at the auction, you are directly contributing to the education and development of our young participants. These students work tirelessly throughout the year to raise and care for their animals, learning valuable lessons in responsibility, hard work, and the importance of agricultural practices. Your involvement helps to reward their dedication and encourages them to continue pursuing careers in agriculture, business, and beyond.

The funds raised through the auction provide these students with the resources they need to continue their education, invest in future projects, and even save for college. As a buyer, you not only get access to top-quality livestock but also play a crucial role in shaping the future of these young people and their agricultural careers.

Benefits of Buying at the Auction:

• Support Local Youth: Your purchase directly benefits local students, helping them fund their educational and agricultural pursuits.

• Access High-Quality farm to table meat: All animals in the auction are raised and cared for by dedicated youth who have invested countless hours in their care.

• Promote Agriculture in the Community: As a buyer, you demonstrate your commitment to sustaining and growing the agricultural industry, both locally and beyond.

• Recognition: Buyers will be recognized in event materials and thanked for their support of our youth.

We hope you will join us for this exciting event, and that you will consider bidding on the outstanding livestock raised by our youth. Your participation is an investment in their future and an opportunity to support the values of hard work, integrity, and community spirit.

If you are interested in attending the auction or would like more information about the event or the livestock available, please contact Michelle Farrer (509) 797-3897 or email [email protected]

Calling Future Film Makers!
We have some great opportunities for youth interested in the creation of anime, short, or feature films. We will be hosting another Teen Film Camp on Whidbey Island from July 15-19, where participants get immersed in writing, filming, and editing their own films. Our mentors are experienced filmmakers who will be available to answer any questions and guide participants through the creative process. The films made at camp will be shown on the big screen on the last day of camp as a part of the Youth Film Festival on July 19. See below for more information!

Teen Film Camp is an amazing opportunity for seniors in 4-H to get hands-on experience creating a short film. Participants will get to learn about a variety of aspects of filmmaking from experienced filmmakers! Senior 4-H Members are invited to apply, but space is limited to eight teens. Applications are being accepted until April 14th, and those selected will be notified by April 30th. Camp Dates are July 15-19, 2025, in Coupeville, Washington. For more information check out the Teen Film Camp website (https://extension.wsu.edu/island/youth/events-and-activities/teen-film-camp/) or email R-A Mazzola at [email protected].

If you are a filmmaker under the age of 18 and have created an anime, short, or feature film, we invite you to submit your completed project for possible showing at the 2025 Youth Film Festival. Selected filmmakers will be contacted by June 30th if their film has been chosen for the festival. The big event will be held from 3p-5p on July 19, 2025, at the Clyde Theater in Langley, Washington. For more information check out the Youth Film Festival website (https://extension.wsu.edu/island/youth/events-and-activities/youth-film-festival/), or email R-A Mazzola at [email protected].
