"I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was with Showcase Events Rentals & Planning! As a Type A bride, I have a tendency to be very particular about every. single. detail, and I’m not easily impressed. But from the moment I started working with them, Sheena and Rich blew me away. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and everything was organized to perfection. They managed every aspect of the planning process seamlessly, and they made sure that every tiny detail was exactly as I envisioned — and more.

ALSO let me state that I rented every piece of equipment from them. I had my wedding in a field so needed professional kitchen equipment, dance floor, lighting tents, chairs, tables, forks, linens, plates, glasses, bars...you name a wedding item, and we rented it from Showcase!

As a planner, Sheena listened to my ideas, provided helpful suggestions, and turned my dream wedding into a reality. The level of professionalism and organization they brought to the table helped me feel completely at ease, even with all the moving parts of a wedding. The rentals were beautiful and high quality, and they made sure everything arrived on time and set up just as I imagined.

Last wedding of the season, and our last tent set up. Yesterday was beautiful in so many ways - the gorgeous private property with spectacular views, the ace vendor team, a beautiful bride and groom. C + B are beautiful people, inside and out.
Bittersweet 🥲as well - we will no longer offer tents and I'm so glad this was the close to this part of our business. 🎉

2025 will bring yet another revision for us. The only constant in life is change, right? We will continue to plan and execute awesome💯 events, and limit our rentals to lighting, dance floors (including black & white 🏁and natural and white!), bars and catering 🍢 equipment.

I would be remiss if I did not mention the team that supports the planning and coordination of our events. These ladies do whatever it takes to make the magic happen and I could NOT do what I do without them.
