We will close today at 1pm for mama's funeral service at Baker Funeral Home at 4pm. She poured her heart and soul into Marie's Flower & Gift Shoppe for the past 42 years. She loved the business, but loved her customers and the lifelong relationships that were formed even more.
Mama was diagnosed with Stage 4 abdominal cancer on Jan 3 this year and passed away on Feb. 9.
We thank everyone for the phone calls, texts, food, hugs and tears shed together over the past few days, but most importantly, the many prayers that have surrounded , uplifted, comforted and sustained us. We know our strength comes from God and we ask for your continued prayers as we walk the days ahead.

Hopefully, everyone has remained safe and warm during this once in a lifetime South Georgia blizzard. For safety reasons, we will be closed again on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Weather permitting, we will re-open Friday, January 24 at 9:30 a.m.

We want to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!! We appreciate you, your business and your friendship. Santa's workshop is all closed up for the holidays now. We will re-open January 2 at 9:30am. Thank you all for an amazing Christmas season and we look forward to helping with all your floral and gift needs in 2025.
