Hooray check out the big banner!

The sign is up and the menu is posted below.

Come try Seth's homemade delicious biscuit and sausage gravy. His omelette, yummy pancakes, and much more. He seasons all his burgers and the Mac and cheese is also made here in the kitchen. Come check it out!!

And as for the barbeque, it takes hours to smoke the meats. Jacob seasons all of it himself. He makes his own bbq sauce. All the sides get made here in the kitchen. A couple of items are mom's recipe.The desserts are made from scratch. The crust, the filling, ganache, and the apples get peeled. It all happens here. Eggrolls came about when we started food trucking 9 years ago and we decided to make it a staple food and that is prepared by Noy.

We will be at 108 N. Main St. MOUNT BLANCHARD this Saturday, Oct. 26th from 11 to 7.
They are doing trick or treat from 6 to 8 and I thought it would be fun to make some chocolate covered pretzels. So stop on up for some barbebque, eggrolls, and pretzels (while supplies last).

HELLO ALL,
GREAT NEWS!!!!
We have officially passed all inspections. This has got to be the longest project of my entire life! 😂😂
Well God is good. And His timing is always perfect.
So here is the plan, this week ONLY. We will be setting up at:
Kenton Newland-Heydinger Insurance on Thursday, Oct. 24th from 11 to 2.
Then Saturday, Oct. 26th from 11 to 7 at Mount Blanchard 108 N. MAIN ST.

Starting Monday, Oct. 28th, we will open doors for the restaurant. Seth will be managing breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (menu to follow)
Then Saturday, Nov.2nd, we will start our barbeque Saturdays. Please keep in mind barbeque will only be served on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.( menu to follow)

We love weddings!!!
It didn't seem that long ago when we started discussing wedding plans and food. And then it happened!!! So quickly!
While the wedding was short and sweet, we both know how long it takes for the bride and groom to plan their special day. And parents and other family members involved.
We were escatic that we get to be a part of their wedding!!! 😀 Of course, we like to be extra as well when it comes to this special occasion.

Here are some pictures of the lovely couple, our friends, and some foods we prepared.
Smoked pulled pork, smoked pulled chicken,
Homemade Mac salad, homemade Cheesy potatoes, chef salad bar, homemade ranch dressing and Italian dressing. Homemade barbeque sauce.

Overall, the wedding went so smooth. Beautiful day, beautiful couple, everyone looked so nice, food was fantastic. Some came up for seconds and some took food home. We had a wonderful time!! Thank you Red, Carrie, Alyssa, and Dylan for the invite!

Praying for those living in Florida. 😢

Hurricane Milton now has 175mph winds!! It will no doubt weaken before landfall but NOT good news for storm surge! Even a cat 2 at landfall would likely have cat 4 type surge!
