We a small, family owned mobile catering company and food truck serving Southeastern Illinois and Southwestern Indiana where real, authentic, slow smoked, craft barbecue and scratch-made sides are what we are known for!

We are 100% devoted to the craft of barbecue and have been since we started so we refuse to cut corners or take any shortcuts.

🍖All of our meats are locally sourced, smoked fresh to order after being hand rubbed with our signature spice blends, and some take upwards of 16 hours to become pure barbecue perfection.

🍽️ Whether it’s a cozy family dinner or a big wedding bash or corporate event, we cater it all!
