Nothing says winter fun like a cup of homemade hot chocolate❄️ While the rest of the fam loves the traditional version, I'm not a big fan of sweets (ironic, since I am a cake artist/pro baker!) So I spice mine up the Mexican way with a touch of screaming hot chili powder and cinnamon❤️ 🔥 I also like a Peppermint hot cocoa❤️🤍❤️🤍

Day 2 of
I decided to start writing a haiku for each prompt..let's see how that works out...☺️
Mittens always remind me of being a little girl, playing in the snow with my sister and cousins back home on Long Island. I miss those simpler times but am trying really hard to teach daughter to appreciate the simple joys in life. Like a pair of warm, red mittens.

Happiness is up first and pretty spot on for me today! Not only did I FINALLY figured out a workaround for my book's website and got some work done on it, I found out that I won last week's challenge! Woohoo! So this is me right now 😁

So in the first drawing, the footballs are playing ping pong and there is a zip line rescue attempt happening. In the next drawing, a tiny person has made her home in a tennis ball. 😂OMG...I just love her creativity and sense of humor🥰

This beautiful lady is the INCREDIBLY talented Brazillian artist
I was introduced (sort of!) To her by another insanely talented Brazillian artist, my new friend, .art as part of a challenge he created called Stranger Faces. Basically you send him a photo of yourself and he sends you a photo of someone for you do draw a portrait of. I had the pleasure of drawing Katia. Scroll through the carousel to see progression photos and the finished piece. I hope I've done you justice!
