We recently assembled a fabulous team of bartenders and servers to staff the University of Wisconsin Hillel Centennial Gala - and they knocked this job outta the park! Passing appetizers, pouring drinks, and bussing 3 floors with an estimated 400 guests, all while Chef John manned a carving station. Well done, Sixchips crew!
