On a typical Saturday morning after breakfast and coffee, I unwillingly ventured out with my husband to an auction for farm equipment. Once we arrived at the auction, unknown to me, my husband’s interest quickly changed from the farm equipment to the land being auctioned. At the same time, I was looking around and becoming mesmerized by the natural beauty of this hidden Tennessee treasure. While t
he auctioneer was doing his chant, I slipped away to walk close to the creek to calm my anticipation of finding out who would be the highest bidder. Talking with another lady about the charm and peacefulness of this secluded acreage the chant came to a stop. Her comment to me was “looks like the tall guy with the glasses is the new owner.” Knowing that my husband doesn’t wear glasses I felt relieved with a bit of disappointment at the same time. Looking up toward the sale I noticed it was a tall guy, but with sunglasses. We love the idea of sharing this beautiful location and giving you the freedom to create and enjoy your own special day.
