2023, heading into my 40th year of life and 10th year of marriage I set some big goals. First I focused where I could see the biggest health difference and knew I could control- food. I shed nearly 30lbs, and in July of 2023 I was ready for some gains and felt well enough to start a consistent work out plan. I knew myself that I am not motivated enough to stay consistent at home so I joined the cult, eh I mean where so many of my friends went! 8 months , March 2024, 150 camps down. And it’s just the start!
