In Honor of Women’s History Month, we would like to acknowledge a few women who have helped lay the foundation our company is built on, as well as others who have had a significant impact in society.

We start by honoring Sherra Kolade, Founder & CEO of Allira LLC. She has been such an asset and blessing to the Lakou Family. She has been more than just a business consultant. She has been our Sherpa.

Sherpas are an indigenous people in the villages of Nepal who are enlisted to guide mountain climbers to the top of Mount Everest. They don’t just tell them how to make it to the top… they take them to the top. That is what Sherra and Allira have been for Lakou. They have helped guide us along the way and continue to do so. We are grateful she is an extended member of our Lakou Family.
