Hey everyone. I’m thinking about selling food plates once a week. I have always loved cooking and smoking my own food. I was thinking about starting out on doing it every Saturday. Starting out making barbecue plates and barbecue sandwiches. If anyone is interested in buying plates from me let me know.

I catered for the first time yesterday for Noah Barrett Graduation/ Birthday Party. The food cooked was barbecue, dirty rice, creamed corn, baked beans. Hayley Barrett Odom made some banana pudding and ranch cheese balls that was out of bounds. Thank you Gregory Barrett and Kimberly Barrett for putting your faith in me to provide the food. Also thank you momma Amanda Odom for helping with cooking and the guidance needed for my first time. T&M BBQ and catering.
