Happy anniversary to us 💕 Married for 9 years today.

14 years ago we began our journey; falling in love as kids. I’m always grateful we crossed paths unexpectedly.

Our best advice we can give our couples just getting married or about to is: Don’t stop pursuing each other.

There’s a lot of work, give and take, sacrifice, and compromising you make in a marriage. But when you make it with intention, with love, and always thinking of one another, it truly is amazing to see your love flourish throughout the years. 🤎

I’m proud of what we’ve built and what we continue building as a family. Nothing makes me more happier than seeing our boys smile so big when we kiss, hold hands, and make each other cry happy tears reading a letter out loud 🥹🥰

▫️UPDATE: The car was found. The police called us to inform us the car was left in a church parking lot abandon. We will follow up with insurance on getting it back and hopefully and get the car back in order. Thank you to everyone that’s reached out and shared the post!▫️

We need your help: Our car has been stolen

First, we are safe and home 🏠 we were filming yesterday in Grand Rapids wrapping up our last week for 2023 season.

Upon returning back to the venue after taking photos/video downtown we returned to the venue with the news that cars were broken into and unfortunately ours was stolen.

The police came and took our report and they did say they saw our car on another part of GR and tried pursing to stop the car but were unsuccessful.

Here is where I’d like to ask for your help in this: while you’re out driving around Michigan (primarily on the west side of Michigan) if you see our vehicle would you please report it to the police?

We know based on the glass shattered on the parking lot floor that the people who stole our car broke the left window.

There isn’t much we can do at the moment, especially with the holiday weekend. However, if by luck you see a car stranded or parked somewhere please call Kent County Police Department to report it.

We appreciate how amazing the entire wedding, staff, friends, vendors all were yesterday and the ride offers offered right away to get us home. We definitely felt the love.

The Bearded Man Behind The Camera

Hello everyone! My name is Joe Covarrubias. I am from Central Michigan with a passion to bring your creativity to life through film.

I am a family man with two boys and a wife of 5 years. My skills really came to life when I was a kid creating highlight reels and home videos. When we had our first son, I began making yearly videos. From there, videography and film making took off.

In 2018, I created my first Amazon Prime movie, The Unwelcoming House, which then led to my second film, The Unwelcoming House 2, in 2019. I have also created a horror short film, La Asesina, which is currently being showcased on Cinema Slice in 2020.

Now using my craft into something I can share within my community, I decided to start a videography gig working with small businesses. When you hire me, I focus on your personality and what best suits your business. I want to start up your career and/or add a new spice to it. I work with small businesses in photography, insurance, cleaning companies, and more. I want you to feel confident getting your business up and running with top quality films.
