On this board you will find blueberry vanilla goat cheese, aged havarti, Vermont cheddar, cherrywood smoked and mini mozzarella paired with a variety of salami and prosciutto, golden berries, cotton candy grapes, nuts and crackers. Mt. Pleasant has a new Churro desert shop! They have delicious churros (fried dough, like an elephant ear) and extravagant milkshakes! We topped our churros with chocolate and caramel syrup. Everything is made fresh to order! The inside is super cute with a greenery wall with cute neon signs. You place your order with a menu kiosk and it has pictures which helps you visualize the possibilities. It was so easy to use. There are a few tables inside where you can sit and wait or sit and eat- this is a great date night spot! We could not recommend more! So glad they are in Central Michigan!

We heard about from a TikTok and knew we needed to give this a try! We headed down to Detroit and as we were driving up to the spot we could smell something good was cooking. We were greeted by the friendliest chefs in the food truck, who truly make everything to order and fresh. They have a small outdoor space with a few picnic tables and a fireplace where customers can wait for their food and either eat there or take it to go! Everyone from the chefs to the customers were smiling- it was good vibes all around! We ordered the Filet mignon and chicken combo and filet mignon and shrimp combo and OMG!!! First the shrimp was HUGE and the steak was tender and had nice grill marks. The chicken was juicy, the veggies were perfectly sautéed and had a nice crisp to them, the rice was cooked with garlic butter and we topped it with yum yum sauce 👌👌👌 10/10 could not recommend this place more- great people and great food! We will be back!

We were thrilled to craft a delectable brunch charcuterie board for a special first birthday celebration! We had the honor of catering a baby shower this past weekend at the historic Doherty House & Gardens in Clare, MI. The Doherty House & Gardens, established in 1903, was the perfect backdrop for the high tea-themed garden party. We were given a special request to make the charcuterie board fit inside the letters B-A-B-Y, so Chef Lo got to be creative and try something new. Turns out, WE LOVED IT and would highly recommend charcuterie letters for all themed parties. Congratulations to the mom-to-be, we hope you had the best day surrounded by those who love and care for you, and of course, delicious food!
