✨💡Be the Light for Children in Foster Care💡✨ -EVERYONE CAN DO SOMETHING- What's YOUR something?! 🧸FOR NATIONAL ADOPTION DAY!🧸 💓 The Fostering Collective exists to recruit and shepherd Christ-centered families in East Texas to bring hope to children in foster care. This wonderful organization is doing incredible work here in Northeast Texas, shining a light of HOPE for children in need. 🌟Through their efforts, countless children in our community experience love, care, and stability during times when they need it most. They work tirelessly to support our foster care system and ensure that every child knows they are valued and cherished. They help those looking to impact the lives of children from hard places these 3 ways: 1. Help families interested in becoming a foster or adoptive family get started. 2. Help active foster/adoptive families find the resources they need (i.e. support groups, community with other families, doctors, counseling, therapy, etc…) 3. Help churches, agencies, and other organizations impact children by connecting their resources to those in need. One of the ways they share this love is through The Heart Gallery, a beautiful project that brings visibility to children waiting to find their forever families. It's an opportunity for our community to come together and make a difference for kids who long for a place to call home. On November 18th, Chick-fil-A in Mt. Pleasant will be hosting a Heart Gallery table from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Mrs. Jennifer Tosh. This is a chance to see the faces of kids right here in East Texas who are waiting for families, waiting for a safe place, and waiting for love.
