DIY Marbled Easter Eggs

Since we were supposed to have an Easter Egg Marbling workshop in store, we made it virtual! We got the eggs on Amazon, and the rest of the materials are pretty simple! A bucket of water, some nail polish (a good reason to clean out your nail polish stash) a couple floral picks (we can help ya there!) and that’s it! I finished mine with a poly spray just to seal them, but it’s up to you. These pretty marbled eggs are cheery and colorful-something we all need these days! Just pour or splash a little bit of nail polish into a bucket of water, and then submerge the egg using a stick and swirl it around in the nail polish water. Voila! A beautiful marbled Easter egg!

Making a spring arrangement with Out of the Garden 1. add water (don't fill up all the way) + put on gloves! 2. create a grid with clear floral tape (thin scotch tape works as well, or cut packing tape) 3. Add greenery to the outer section of the grid in a circle while trying to keep the amount balanced (a lazy susan really helps!) When adding greenery, cut the stalk and strip the leaves from the part that will be unseen in the vase 4. Add flowers! Balance is key, if you have a large hydrangeas on one side, balance it out with a couple small spray roses. 5. Practice! Soon you will be a pro! Try it yourself while you are quarantinned, flowers are blooming all over Charleston!
