It's that time of year and Chef Chaz Rollins' Thanksgiving menu is ready for holiday orders. Let Chef Chaz make it easier with dishes and platters from his classic take on a traditional, Black American Thanksgiving meal.

Cajun deep-fried turkey, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, cornbread dressing, and sweet potato pie - Chef Chaz has all of the holiday favorites.

Prepared in his own completely scratch kitchen, cooked fresh and ready for pick-up or delivery on Wednesday, November 23rd.

Pre-orders available from now through Thursday November 17, 2022. As always, please feel free to ask any questions about special requests, allergens, and delivery options.

Greetings,

It’s summer and that means fried fish. This Sunday, (8/7/22) from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Chef Chaz will be frying fish fresh. The menu includes sandwiches and platters of fried whiting and flounder and a new fried salmon platter with remoulade.

There are plenty of sides and sauces; every bit of it chef-made.

To pre-order, please contact us [email protected] by 10:00 am on Saturday, (8/6/22) morning. Some orders can be taken during the sale but once the fish is gone, it's gone!

With a new partnership with Mess Hall DC, Chef Chaz Rollins is re-launching his weekly meal service, Simply Dinner.

Twice a month, the chef will be offering weekly meals full of fresh, flavorful and locally sourced ingredients. Prepared from scratch, with nothing pre-packaged or frozen, these recipes are some of the chef's favorites.

Every meal is already portioned; simple, delicious and ready in minutes with only re-heating and assembly.

Memorial Day is upon us and Chef Chaz Rollins is offering his ‘Cued Up barbecue menu.

Join us Sunday, May 30th for Cue'd Up - a Chef Chaz Rollins pop-up carryout. Pre-order now through noon on Thursday, May 27th and pick up on Sunday (5/30) from 3:00 - 6:00 PM.

The chef's menu is filled with classic, neo-soul, and fusion versions on his barbecue favorites. We have spareribs with a classic, Memphis-style BBQ sauce, barbecued salmon and the chef's new, signature, orange pepper barbecued chicken wings. There are sides, desserts, fresh bread, and Chef Chaz's continued commitment to offering fresh ingredients, expertly prepared in his own scratch kitchen.
