A family friend made a beautiful cake, the best cake I’ve ever cut and gorgeous rose cupcakes.

Plus, as a first for us, was a dove release as the couple exited the venue! 🥰

A planner is involved in the comprehensive planning and design phases, plus coordination roles. Services can even be broken down further of full-planner and partial-planner. Planning for my team usually begins around 12 months, however, details and size could allow shorter timelines.

A coordinator ensures everything runs smoothly on the wedding day itself, after all details are planned. We pull all the details together, coordinate the logistics with vendors and guide you through the day, making sure your vision is executed flawlessly.
Coordination work effort usually begins 60-30 days in advance.
