“Arts on Third” is Westchester’s premier arts & entertainment festival showcasing local and celebrity talent in performance and visual art, dance, music, theater, film and sports. The free family friendly event spans over six city blocks with various activities such as the Children’s Village featuring interactive games, arts & crafts and storytelling; Artists
Row where visual artists exhibit their handcrafted art and authors are on hand for book signings and readings: the Pedestrian Mall with over 100 merchandise vendors and the “Healthy Living Pavilion” for attendees to receive free screenings and obtain holistic health and wellness information.
