If you are needing a tux rental for Prom on May 14th, please make arrangements to come in between April 18 (today) and May 6th (Friday)! Also when coming to your appointment, if you have a date please bring your dates dress or a piece of material that matches the dress so we can match up the color! PICTURES DO NOT MATCH UP WELL!

In addition to perfecting the most appropriate floral bouquets and arrangements to accommodate all customer needs, we are also a gift shop, offering a little bit of everything from sublimation products and designs, custom gifts, sympathy gifts and everything in between, including prom dress rentals, as well as tuxedo rentals, provided by Geno’s Formal Affair, for ANY occasion.

We accept credit cards, cash & checks, along with, Facebook Pay, Pay Pal (friends and family), Cashapp or Venmo.


This is a family owned and operated business! I am Carlotta Morgan – owner and designer of Carlotta’s Mt. Vernon Florist & Gifts. As many of you know, I have now owned this business for 5 years (in September) now! Even though I have been in business for roughly 5 years I am still trying to establish my name and my business in this small town of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky and all over the world!
