Big Lake Lodge 2017

Our wedding venue here at the lodge is seasonal and available Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, mid June through September.

Our fees include an on site wedding coordinator working with you to plan the time line of your event. Our staff provides the set up for the ceremony, set up for the reception, assistance with the food presentation on the buffet, and hosting your guests while busing their tables. We also break down the ceremony area twice. First to transition the area from ceremony to dining, and again after the food service to transition from dining to the dance floor. We also provide the outdoor clean up of tables, chairs, and umbrellas, returning them to storage.

Our fees:
Friday $2700.00
Saturday $3200.00
Sunday $2700.00

Included:

Parking attendants
Caterers staging area and service ramp
Log gazebo and adjoining arbore covered area for 120 guests
Four wrought iron bistro sets with umbrellas
Fire pit
White tulle aisle overhead swag
All tables and white wedding chairs
Table skirting for the buffet table, cake table, and gift/guest book table
Stereo system with microphone
Covered outdoor bar
Natural photo op locations
