The biggest quirk to this race is making sure you head around that large loop in the top middle on the bike. Don't worry, we will have signs to help guide the way.

Sprint distance is just one lap on each modality, full distance does 2 laps of each modality!

BREWS & SHOES, our monthly fun run, is this week - Thursday, Aug 8!

Come join us Thur, Aug 8 @ 5:45 p.m. at . This is a monthly group run (or walk) and all are welcome. We leave from Rapp’s @ 5:45 for a short 2 or 3.3 mile run (or whatever distance you choose). You pick your distance and your pace! Since it is an out and back, we meet back at the brewery for a cold, craft brew and fellowship!🍺😃

We would love to see some new and familiar faces. Feel free to join us for the run, for the beer, for a bite to eat, or simply for the fellowship! 🤗
