I had so much fun throwing the princess tea party, I’ve wanted to do another and finally settled on a theme! This will be more traditional tea party style with limited seating.

There will be stations set up for our little fairies to decorate flower pots as well as a flower for them to plant in it! 🌸🌺🌷Come dressed in your best fairy dress, wings will be provided!

Tickets are $25 for each fairy, adult accompanying is free. Adults are required to stay the duration of the event.

This is June 29th, at 7pm (as close to sundown as we can do so it’s even more magical🌙✨)

To purchase tickets comment your email and the number you will need! If you need 2 or more tickets, they are $20 each.

Have you heard??

We are letting the kiddos kick off summer!

We will have sweet treats, refreshing lemonade, jewelry, bows, shirts, crafts and more.. all ran by the kids!

I wanted to focus on supporting the kids who are already focusing on their futures and passions. We will have plenty to do, and we hope you will be able to join us and show the kids some support!

It’s a ways off, but please mark it down and make an appearance, we can’t wait to see you there!

The kiddos announcement had the most votes, so here it is!

I will be adding birthday packages for some kids parties for the younger ones, and baby showers! The kids room will be getting a much needed upgrade with new toys, fresh paint and updated decor.

With the new addition I will be adding the use of the room to your rental for an additional cost. The start date for that will be announced later on! 😊

A lot of changes have been made and adjusted to for Emerald on Elm these last few months!

I’m happy to be back to accommodating double booked days again! That does mean my pricing has undergone some changes as well.

Due to the availability this opened up for me, I will not be posting availability, you will need to message the page directly for that.

I’m including the list in the bottom of the post as well as prices.

Half day booking - 8a-1p or 2p-7p $100
Full day booking - 9a-8p $175
Don’t forget, I also have neon signs, table cloths, and offer balloon arches and other miscellaneous services. If you’re wanting to add anything to your booking, let me know and I will be happy to answer any questions! I do require a $50 deposit to hold your date, as I fill up very quickly.

I’ve had a lot of questions about flavors. Here is what I currently offer along with sugar cookies. All fruit flavors are made with real fruit. I will have cookies available for tasting at Emerald on Elm - Event Center on Good Friday!

Do you want to have a yard sale but don’t have time? I have a solution for you. 😉
We have decided to do a drop off yard sale. We will price, set up and sell your items, all you have to do is drop them off! There is an initial fee of $15, and 10% of sales will be collected and kept at the end.

We will we down there accepting drop offs Wednesday February 21st, from 4pm-7pm. You will need to make sure your items are in a clearly marked bag, and make sure to fill out a form with your contact information and agreement to let us handle your items/sales. If that date doesn’t work for you, message me and we can figure out a date or time.

Dates will be announced once we have a better idea of how many people will be dropping off items! 😊

Hello! I’ve been doing inventory at the building, if you by chance took off with my round charcuterie board I would appreciate that to be returned.

I’ve spent a lot of money and effort here to stock the kitchen with anything y’all could need, I would love to keep that going but when things are disappearing that’s very hard.

Please be more mindful, respectful and more conscious of what you’re doing when these things happen. I get that mistakes can be made, but it’s a pretty large board.

MARCH 29th Easter Eggstravaganza 🥚🎉

Starting at 2pm, end time to be determined.

Easter egg coloring (shaving cream and food coloring with fake eggs), easter backdrops for the perfect pictures, easter basket giveaway, games for the kiddos to play, grazing table, as well as a handful of vendors to be announced later on!

Admission is $10 per child, adults will not be charged.
Adults must accompany any children of any age. Each child will take home 6 eggs and a Easter themed goody bag.

To reserve a spot (I do have limited space) comment or message the page with the amount of tickets you will need and I will get an invoice sent over!

First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone who helped fill my building and my books for 2023!!
Once again, I am so glad I’ve created a space everyone wants to use! 🥰

Second, there will be A LOT of changes on my end this year for Emerald! First of all, double bookings are coming back!! I am so blown away at the amount of bookings I have coming to me that I hate to turn anyone away. I’m also going to add in some packages again and I’m switching over to using an online booking system! This does mean there could be a lot of bumps on my end but I ask that you please stick with me and give me some grace and understanding! I’m still trying to get the hang of this and figure out what the smoothest route is here. 😊

I’m also working on a secret project in the back that I cannot wait to share about! 🙌🏽

Hello all!! I have an announcement.

I have made some changes in the rentals!

Rentals will now be the entire day (9am-9pm), unless a custom rental is arranged. This does unfortunately mean I have adjusted my price to accommodate. All rentals will be $100, with add-ons available! Those are things such as the table cloths, neon signs and food if you discuss that with me.

This will take effect immediately, but will not interfere with any rentals already booked.

I do require half down to hold the date, I am currently booking out as far as October but do have quite a few weekends in between then and July open! All weekends in June are booked, as well as all Sundays in October. If you’re interested in a date shoot me a message and I will see what I have! 🥰

I’ve not addressed this before, but I’ve been meaning to.
If you have a balloon arch at your rental please make sure you dispose of it when you are done with your rental. I don’t charge a cleaning deposit anymore but I’ve had a few arches left over and with my work schedule and how booked up I am it makes things a little tricky. I hope this doesn’t come off as rude, I’m definitely not intending that at all!

I have exciting news! I had the chance to order some neon signs for a great price so of course, I ordered some for the building!

For now I have ordered 3, all very easy to merge with any theme! One for baby showers (it says “Oh Baby”), another for bridal showers (it says “Miss to Mrs”) and the last one for birthday parties with the classic “Happy Birthday”

These will not be to me until the end of May most likely but I can’t wait to be able to offer them as package add ons!

They will be $25 to add on to a package and I will set them up prior to the event. 😊

Calling all superheroes!

March 4th at 2-4pm

There will be various training exercises, we encourage all superheroes to come dressed in their gear! Spider-Man will be helping everyone get up to par on their web shooting, we need some major help diffusing the 💣’s that are hidden, and then you can test your reflexes and crawl through the sneaky strings!

Admission will be $25, each hero will get their own mask painted on their face, their own cape, and get to spend some time with a few of their favorite heroes for the afternoon! Snacks and drinks will be provided. One hero per ticket, each hero must be accompanied by an adult. Additional adults are no charge and are encouraged to join the fun dressed up as well!

*pricing for 2 or more superheroes is different so please let me know in advance*

**if the painted mask will not work, please let me know as well so I can have a wearable mask ready!**

The event center was the perfect place to decorate for a Harry Potter themed party!

The potential for decorating this building is unreal. The Harry Potter decor is also set back and available to rent, minus the balloon arch! 😊
