Oven roasted grass fed London Broil. The marbleing on this was outstanding. So tender. My rub+extra garlic+extra black pepper+sage from the yard. Cooked to 143.

Now this was a great lunch. Ribs turned out great! Couldn't forget the cornbread.

We are very happy to introduce BBQ from a different region of America to this area. Up to now, people here are more familiar with the Texas style. Our BBQ is very distinct in that our sauce is thinner and tangier - staying true to the Memphis region we are representing; Our meat is more flavorful because we rub them with our special blends of seasonings.
