The Vaughn Room is located on Historic Main Street in Mullins S.C., our venue offers an upscale yet inviting atmosphere to experience the finest rhythm & blues; smooth jazz; and country acts in a way that is best described as an intimate concert. >Doors open an 1hr before showtime and the entrance is at the front of the building
>A dressy attire is required. Athletic wear, ball caps, tennis shoes/sneakers, cut-off shirt or shorts, hoodies, ripped, tattered or sagging jeans, are NOT permitted. Unless agreed upon by owner.
>The Vaughn Room is a mature, adult only venue that is conducive for an audience 25 years of age or older. MASK or SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIRED
RENTAL INFORMATION

The Vaughn Room is a Non-Smoking Facility ideal for functions such as:

• Luncheons
• Recitals
• Training sessions
• Meetings
• Book club
• Networking events
• Corporate events
• Engagement party
• Rehearsals
• Birthday celebrations
• Holiday gatherings
• Intimate weddings & receptions

Our maximum capacity is 299, including staff. However, due to COVID19 and to allow for adequate spacing between our tables when required, our capacity maybe reduced. The rental rates (excluding holidays) are based on a minimum 5-hour block of time and are as follows (Dates and Times are based on availability):

• Monday - Wednesday
Between 9AM - 4PM: $1000
Between 6PM - 11PM: $1200

• Thursday
Between 9AM - 4PM: $1000
Between 6PM - 12AM: $1,400

• Friday
Between 9AM - 4PM: $1400
Between 6PM - 12am: $1,600

• Saturday
Between 9AM - 4PM: $1400
Between 6PM - 12am: $1,600

• Sunday
Between 9AM - 4PM: $1200
Between 6PM - 11PM: $1400

Rental insurance is required, fees include all of the following:
• Free onsite parking
• Use of catering Kitchen (NO cooking is allowed on the premises; warmers and coolers only)
• Tables and chairs
• Use of the venue, and restrooms
• PA system ; Audio set-up and microphone (upon request)
• On-Site Manager to assist with venue Logistics

Non-Negotiable Fees:
• Cleaning Fee: $175
• Trash fee: $50
• Setup/Break down Fee: $200

* Additional Décor packages can be added if requested in advance
