The 21,000+ square foot building was built in two sections. The first section was built in 1876 by Arthur F. Patterson and the second section in 1881. Right in the heart of Downtown Muncie, Patterson Block is a distinctive Italianate-style, three-story, mustard-yellow building. Patterson Block Muncie was purchased by Kimberly Ferguson as Patterson Block Muncie, LLC in 2021 and proudly houses the f

ollowing businesses: Sea Salt and Cinnamon, Debbie's Handmade Soap, The Kitchen at Patterson Block (an incubator kitchen available for rental), Dress Well Boutique, City Hope Church, BY5, Bloom and Be Therapy and Nonprofit Support Network.

✨ Update on Debbie's Handmade Soap storefront ✨ Due to the freeze this past December, a pipe burst on the third floor of Patterson Block causing major water damage to the Debbie's Handmade Soaps storefront. Not only was the space, but Debbie lost much of the product in the store. Debbie had to move her store to a different space as we worked diligently to repair her original space. The space has since been repaired and new flooring was recently installed. We are so excited for Debbie's Handmade Soaps to soon move back to the original space. Take a look at the progress that has been made. We would like to thank our wonderful community for supporting Debbie's shop as we continue to get the space in the condition it deserves 💖
