Hello! I love this photo because it shows just a little bit of what I do as a wedding coordinator! In short, I do anything and everything to help make your day perfect and run smoothly! In long, that means fixing/helping with dresses, steaming clothes, setting up brunch and mimosa bars, setting up cocktail hour foods, MC on the mic when needed, making experience based decisions so you don’t have to think anymore, replacing and cleaning up broken decor without you knowing and worrying, and anything else in between! Every couple NEEDS a coordinator! You will never regret it!

The 3 reasons you need to hire a Day of Coordinator for your wedding!
1. You have decor and vendors picked out, but you need help with making sure you have all the events of the day that are right for you and your fiancée. You need them to flow and aren’t sure how long things may take or how to order them!
2. You have all the planning figured out but need someone to direct the day of while you are busy getting ready and enjoying your day. You don’t want that to be a friend or family that should be celebrating with you!
3. You need someone to set up/ tear down! You can’t get into your venue until day of or you aren’t sure where decor and tables should go!

Thinking centerpieces and not sure what to do for your wedding? My recommendation is to keep it simple! Go for something easy to setup and tear down and that shows some elegance and charm. Leave plenty of room on the table for guests to put their drinks and place settings. After the formal part of reception, it’s time for them to get up and dance anyways!!

If you’ve planned it all out and just need someone to make sure the day goes as planned, I’m here for that as well and can do setup and tear down!

Fall 2024 Brides!!
Now is the time to book a wedding coordinator! I love to have my clients booked prior to 6 months so we can make sure to get in all 4 of our meetings and get every little detail set! My brides feel prepared and stress free on their wedding day with having booked a day of coordinator!

What does a Day of Coordinator really do??
After you book with me, I offer unlimited constant contact via text and email. I also offer four meetings to work out every detail of your wedding day and rehearsal. I create a customized timeline for both days for you that you can share with vendors and your wedding party for a seamless experience for all parties involved. Additionally, I have multiple forms and checklists I send you to help make sure you have all the vendors and details you need! My services also include decor setup and tear down! For the rehearsal, I will place the wedding party for the ceremony and practice the processional and much more! Day of, I will talk with the vendors, coordinating their arrival times and handle any issues that arise! I will be spending the day basically as a director of events! Keeping everyone on schedule, on task and at ease! Most importantly, I will be hyping up the happy couple and keep all the stress away for you two to enjoy your best day ever!!
